I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently close to the railway station and everything in Takayama, which made exploring the area super easy. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards and equipped with all the essentials, though they could have felt a bit cleaner. The service from the staff was outstanding; they were really helpful and went out of their way to assist me. On the downside, the dining options for breakfast weren’t the best, but overall, it was a decent value for money.
